My journey hasn’t been the easiest, nor for the faint-hearted, but indeed eye-opening as I have learned a lot about the health industry and people who play a part in it. Years ago, a teratoma (diagnosed as Stage 1 cancer) raptured in my right ovary, causing a series of reoccurrences of ovarian cysts that left me hopeless while undergoing surgeries year after year. This problem had gone on for ten years of my life; my youth and joy were robbed of me, which left me traumatized, helpless, and lied to by the different doctors who saw me as a hospital bill rather than a human being. I had always gotten the privilege of being medicated abroad, such as in Malaysia ,India and Turkey.

With all these check-ups, I kept a constant routine of getting tested in Dar es Salaam. This travel for treatment was the most hassle free experience ever . Surgical Bliss was supportive from the visa application process here in Kenya , arranged all our picks ups from the airport , identified accommodation for us , made all the bookings with the doctors , picked us up and dropped us off for our Doctor appointments, arranged tours and Capetown excursions for us but Most of all , Denise remained my emotional support during my entire process .

I highly recommend Surgical Bliss, they were amazing in organizing my surgery in Capetown after I fractured my leg in Nairobi. On arrival everything went very smoothly from airport transfers, to getting me the best accommodation since I was immobile. They organized for the best orthopedic surgeon in the region and handheld and supported me all through the post surgery appointments and physiotherapy. In addition they provided both physical and emotional support and went the extra mile. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will use their services again.

We have visited South Africa for medical check up and Denise and her team were wonderful, they know all the quality medical facilities in South Africa, we felt as we were home, all appointment Schedules were on time all results were on time all prescription were on time.
